If you have read any on our design page, or have had a website built for you in the past, you probably know that building a site takes a long time and a lot of work, and at an hourly rate the work of designing a site can run up a bill pretty fast. This is why we sometimes suggest templates, specifically to users who want to keep costs down. While working on template files that we did not make, we charge $35 an hour.

A non-unique template (some very nice looking ones) are easy to find around $65, and we will help you find them. After you buy and download the files, we can edit them for you, making small or large changes to the site someone else built.

You may be wondering why we advise you to buy a non-unique site. The reason is simply that we often see those marked over $2000, and while they may look very nice and having it while no one else does is nice also, the cost typically outweighs the benefit.
